Gyeongbuk Techno Park, Digital Collaboration Factory Construction Project Begins in Full Swing
Gyeongbuk Technopark (Director Ha In-seong) has started a full-scale digital collaboration factory construction project with five local auto parts manufacturing companies, including Gwangjin Sanggong. The plan is to realize the advancement of smart factories by utilizing digital transformation technology.
In relation to this, Gyeongbuk TP held a '2025 Digital Collaboration Factory Construction Support Project Launch Report' on the 13th. A consortium consisting of five value chain related companies, including Gwangjin Sanggong, an auto parts manufacturer in Gyeongbuk, participated in the event. Through this event, the full-scale promotion of a digital transformation-based collaboration system was announced to the public and the direction of the project promotion and collaboration strategy were shared.

The digital collaboration factory construction project is a project that simultaneously supports the advancement of supply chain management (SCM), establishment of a supplier relationship management (SRM) system, introduction of a digital collaboration system in the development stage, and advancement of individual company smart factories through the linkage of a joint utilization collaboration smart system and individual smart factories. The goal is to improve inter-company collaboration productivity and manufacturing competitiveness.
Gyeongbuk TP, the planning agency, plans to plan and form a total of five consortiums including Gwangjin Commerce and Industry, and comprehensively support the advancement of joint utilization collaboration smart systems and individual company smart factories utilizing digital transformation technology.
Ha In-seong, the head of Gyeongbuk TP, said, “The digital collaboration factory is a core platform that goes beyond simple technology introduction to realize data linkage and collaboration between manufacturing companies. In the future, we will lead innovation in the local manufacturing industry by creating a digital transformation ecosystem based on manufacturing data and AI.”
