The AI Voucher Support Project [General/Medical] is a project to foster AI companies and promote industrial digital transformation by supporting vouchers that can purchase and utilize AI solutions for those in need of AI technology. This year, 2,153 tasks were completed. applied and 200 companies were finally selected.

Computer Mate Co., Ltd. plans to build an AI-based rubber cutting process quality prediction and process intelligence solution at Jinyoung R&S Co., Ltd. for 7 months.

The quality prediction and process intelligence AI module predicts weight using input data (inlet temperature, knife rotation, extrusion, etc.) and then presents the optimal knife rotation (RPM) using the predicted weight value and extrusion as input. The rubber cutting process abnormality detection AI module detects abnormal data due to equipment abnormalities and informs workers. This can prevent mass outbreaks in advance. The visualization module allows workers to take quick action through visualization of notifications.
