MATE-DA

Manufacturing data acquisition system

Overview

Product Overview

MATE-DA (Data Acquisition) collects manufacturing data from sensors, PLCs and other sources in real time. Building on the OPC Server’s core tag capability, it processes and stores sensor data, equipment data, production results and alarm histories over OPC UA communication.

Strengths

Highlights

  • Collection of diverse data types

Collects analog data such as temperature, pressure and flow together with digital I/O data from sensors, PLCs, DCS and other sources, so the entire process can be monitored in real time. This allows process control and maintenance to be optimised.

  • Real-time data synchronisation and storage

Synchronises time across every automation system in the plant so data is collected and stored consistently. This improves interoperability between equipment and raises data accuracy, maximising operational efficiency.

  • Equipment status and energy consumption monitoring

Monitors equipment operating status, energy usage and utility consumption in real time, supporting lower operating costs and optimal equipment operation. The result is better energy efficiency and more sustainable plant operations.

  • Data-driven process improvement

Analyses the collected data to detect problems in the process early and provide ways to resolve them. Data analysis drives improvement across the whole process, from higher productivity and better quality to lower costs.

Features

Key Features

  • 01

    Data collection

Real-time data collection (sensor data · equipment data · production results · error logs)

  • 02

    Monitoring

    Tag monitoring

Benefits

Benefits

  • Higher production efficiency

Real-time data collection detects anomalies in the production process quickly, so teams can respond and raise productivity
