    Defects and failures are traced across a knowledge graph linking machines, processes, materials and history, then probable root causes and actions are proposed. Prevention based on data, not on one person experience.

  • Warn before it breaks, and help with the paperwork

    It learns normal operating patterns and flags signs of anomaly or failure early. It reads drawings and inspection images to support decisions, and drafts production and quality summaries and corrective action reports.

Production data is never sent to an external general-purpose AI.
Processing runs on a lightweight language model hosted on your own systems.
You can choose on-premise servers or a dedicated domestic cloud,
and the configuration is designed with you to fit your environment.
Either way, production data is never transmitted to an outside AI.

  • No invented answers

    It answers from actual data and documents, citing the source, and when there is no basis it says so rather than guessing.

  • Permissions hold Attribute-based access control

    Data from another company or another department is closed to the AI as well. Role is not the only factor. Whether it is working hours and whether the request comes from the internal network are checked as well, and access is scoped accordingly. The same person sees less when the time or place of access changes.
