xMESe
A training MES from the company that builds the real thing, with no equipment required.
A virtual production line runs alongside, so you can see exactly what your work order sets in motion.
Why
You cannot learn MES by listening
MES is hard to grasp from explanation alone.
Setting up training equipment costs budget and space,
and even then it cannot run for as many students as you have.
Buyers face the same problem: without hands on it, it is hard to judge whether it fits.
xMESe rebuilds MES for teaching, something you can see and work with directly.
No equipment needed; the virtual line is built into the product.
You understand it by running it, not by hearing about it.

A work order moves the line
When a student issues a work order, the built-in virtual production line responds. Production runs, output accumulates, defects occur and history is recorded. Students learn by running the full loop: order, production, output, quality, history.
-
The same screens and workflow as the floor
Using screens that work the way real ones do, students practice work orders, output and quality through guided scenarios. What they learn carries over to the concepts and flow of a real plant.
-
Built for instructors
Lesson scripts by session, an instructor dashboard showing each student progress, automatic generation of practice data and a self-study mode. The product carries part of the load of preparing and running a class.
Protects
Safe to get wrong, and no equipment needed
Learning happens through mistakes.
In xMESe a mistake costs nothing, and there is no barrier to getting started.
What this scabbard protects · the first time you pick it up
An isolated environment where mistakes are safe.
It is separated from production systems, so nothing done in training affects real output.
It connects to no live machinery, and you can start over as many times as you like.
-
Start without equipment
The virtual production line ships with the product, so you can adopt it without buying training hardware.
-
As many students at once as you need
Budget and space are no longer the limit on class size.
Foundation
A scaled-down version of the MES we actually sell
Most training MES products are mock-ups that imitate the concept.
xMESe is not one of them.
It takes the workflow of xMES, the commercial product
we supply to real plants, and rebuilds it for teaching.
The screens and flow students learn carry straight over to the floor,
and for prospective buyers the training doubles as the most accurate demo available.
