    When a student issues a work order, the built-in virtual production line responds. Production runs, output accumulates, defects occur and history is recorded. Students learn by running the full loop: order, production, output, quality, history.

  • The same screens and workflow as the floor

    Using screens that work the way real ones do, students practice work orders, output and quality through guided scenarios. What they learn carries over to the concepts and flow of a real plant.

  • Built for instructors

    Lesson scripts by session, an instructor dashboard showing each student progress, automatic generation of practice data and a self-study mode. The product carries part of the load of preparing and running a class.
