Every decision to rearrange, expand a line or revise a process carries the cost of stopping to find out.
So most plants decide once, on drawings and experience, and a wrong call becomes a straight loss.

xVerse removes that cost.
Decisions are validated virtually first, and only what is settled gets moved for real, once.

    Say “add an inspection station next to Line 3” and the AI places and adjusts the equipment. A floor manager who has never used CAD can test layouts, expansions and modifications in the twin before anything physical is touched.

    Process flow and material routes are reviewed in the actual space. Connect it to your production system and live plant data appears on the twin.

    People learn the site virtually before they set foot in it. Routes, emergency exits and hazard zones exactly as they are, with no chance of injury.

But if the twin differs from reality, decisions made on it become accidents on the floor.
So xVerse commits nothing until three independent sources agree it matches reality.

What this scabbard protects · the failure that has not happened yet

Triangulation: three sources check one another.
Drawings, design documents and site photos are compared against each other.
The dimensions in the drawing, the specification in the document, the as-built condition in the photo:
only when all three line up does it become part of the twin.
Any discrepancy is flagged,
and only what passes becomes the reference for the real thing.

    It reads design documents and site photos and builds the twin automatically. No one has to model it by hand.

  • It works from old drawings too

    Dated or incomplete drawings do not stop the build, and every dimension carries its source and a confidence rating, so you know how far to trust it.

Foundation

We started with our own building

COMPUTERMATE fed the construction documents for its own headquarters into xVerse and built a digital twin of the building.
Before entering anyone else plant, we tested it on our own.
From foundations to interiors, down to operable windows and rooms with their intended use, it was reconstructed and verified.

In the yard of that building stands an apricot tree as old as the company.
It is the tree our mascot, Salgu, is named after.
The yard where the brand has its roots sits inside the first twin our own tool ever built.

All of it comes from a manufacturing IT specialist of 34 years, holding GS certifications, patents and software copyrights.
