ComputerMate Completes "Zero-Defective" Deep Learning-Based Universal Anomaly Detection Platform
ComputerMate has developed a deep learning-based anomaly detection platform (MATE-AI for ADUP) that integrates AI into existing equipment, significantly improving inspection accuracy and efficiency in manufacturing sites.
Using GAN-based learning, the platform achieved 99.95% AI accuracy, a 92% reduction in false defects, and a 4.5% increase in production.
It can be applied without expensive equipment, resulting in low adoption costs, and is being promoted for expansion into various industries, including automotive and electronics.
