ComputerMate Standardizes CNC Processes with AI
ComputerMate has implemented an LSTM-based process optimization AI solution for Gyeongchang Industrial's CNC machining line, enabling tool wear prediction and automatic offset compensation.
This solution enables quantitative management of tool replacement timing, resulting in reduced defect rates, improved quality, and reduced tool costs.
Developed as a cloud-based, shared platform, it allows even small and medium-sized manufacturers to easily adopt AI without the need for expensive equipment.
ComputerMate plans to expand this technology across the manufacturing industry in Daegu and Gyeongbuk.
